- To Schedule & Conduct Consultations: To deliver calendar booking confirmations, call reminders, meeting video links, and 1-on-1 strategy sessions with franchise operators.
- To Perform Credit Dispute Audit Preparation: To assess derogatory reporting inconsistencies under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), evaluate dispute statutory merit, and draft formal verification documentation on your behalf.

B. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
C. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

5. Sharing & Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to outside parties or data brokers. We may share information only under the following limited conditions:
- Authorized Franchise Partners: Information submitted via a specific partner’s calendar or landing page (e.g., Maximus Tyler, Shantelle Wallace) is shared directly with that designated partner to facilitate consultation fulfillment and client onboarding under APAG supervision.
- Trusted Infrastructure Service Providers: We utilize trusted third-party technology providers to run our operations (such as GoHighLevel / LeadConnector for CRM hosting, Twilio for carrier telecommunications, Stripe for card processing, and secure cloud storage providers). These vendors are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by subpoena, court order, or applicable law, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of APAG, our users, or the public.
6. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) & Consumer Disclosures

Neither APAG nor any franchise partner guarantees specific point increases or the deletion of accurate, timely, and verified negative information.
7. Data Security & Retention
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and credit audit data. All transmission of sensitive information occurs over industry-standard SSL/TLS encrypted connections.
