Master Client & Partner Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms & Network Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “User”, or “you”) and AP Acquisition Group, LLC (“APAG”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), its founder Anthony Goodwin (“Workout Landlord”), and its authorized network of independent franchise partners, operators, and brand licensees (including but not limited to authorized partner hubs operated by Maximus Tyler, Shantelle Wallace, and fellow network operators).

By accessing any APAG website, booking a consultation on any embedded calendar, submitting an audit intake form, enrolling in our community, or purchasing services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our websites or services.

2. Franchise Network & Independent Operator Relationship

APAG licenses its brand, systems, funnels, dispute workflows, and CRM infrastructure to independent franchise partners. You understand and agree that:

• Authorized Licensees: Franchise partners operate authorized agency funnels and booking portals endorsed by Anthony Goodwin and powered by APAG central infrastructure (“Backed by Anthony & The APAG Team”).
• Standards of Service: All dispute preparation, document assembly, and client processing conducted across franchise hubs adhere to APAG standard operating procedures and statutory compliance protocols.
• Sub-Account Routing: Bookings and inquiries made through a franchise partner’s calendar are serviced directly by that designated franchise operator and their authorized team.

3. Description of Services & Scope of Work

APAG and its franchise partners provide consumer and business solutions across three core pillars:

• Statutory Credit Dispute Preparation & Analysis: Auditing credit reports for reporting discrepancies under federal statutes (FCRA, FDCPA, FACTA) and preparing custom statutory dispute correspondence.
• Business Capital Consulting & Funding Readiness: Advising commercial clients on entity structuring, EIN registration, business credit tradeline tier-building, and assembling capital packaging for bank introductions.
• Educational Mentorship & SaaS Systems: Providing access to the private APAG Skool community, playbooks, templates, and pre-configured GoHighLevel partner CRM sub-accounts.

4. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) Disclosures

Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.), the following terms strictly apply to all credit consultation and dispute preparation services:

A. Statutory Consumer Rights Notice

“You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any credit repair company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove inaccurate, incomplete information from a report within 30 days. There is no charge to inspect your credit file if you have had an adverse action taken within 60 days.”

B. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

Neither APAG nor any franchise partner guarantees, promises, or represents that any specific derogatory item will be deleted, that any specific credit score increase will be achieved, or that any specific timeline will apply. Credit reporting investigations are determined solely by independent consumer reporting agencies and furnishing creditors.

C. Fee Policy (No Illegal Advance Fees)

In full compliance with federal CROA requirements and state credit service organization laws, no fee or compensation is collected from any consumer for credit repair or dispute preparation services prior to the full performance and completion of the contracted service stage.

D. Statutory 3-Day Right of Cancellation

You may cancel any credit repair agreement, without any penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day which begins the day after you sign the agreement. Notice of cancellation may be submitted via email to [email protected].

5. Funding & Capital Brokerage Disclaimer

APAG and its franchise partners are NOT direct lenders, FDIC-insured banks, or depository institutions.

• All funding services are limited to commercial consulting, document preparation, and loan broker matching/intermediary facilitation.
• Credit approvals, interest rates, credit limits, 0% APR terms, and funding disbursements are determined exclusively by third-party institutional lenders, banks, and underwriters based on their proprietary risk algorithms.
• We do not guarantee that any applicant will receive loan approval or a specific line of credit amount.

6. Communications, Calendar Bookings & SMS Terms

By scheduling an appointment on an APAG or franchise calendar widget, you consent to receive email notices, calendar invitations, and SMS/text notifications related to your booking.

• You may cancel or reschedule appointments directly through the confirmation link provided.
• To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP.
• Mobile consent data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Client Responsibilities & Cooperation

To ensure proper delivery of credit analysis or funding packaging, Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete financial and identification records.
• Maintain active credit monitoring access (e.g., SmartCredit or IdentityIQ) throughout the duration of any dispute audit engagement.
• Promptly forward all correspondence, bureau response letters, and notices received from credit bureaus or creditors to your assigned partner.

8. Intellectual Property & Non-Compete

All materials provided by APAG—including proprietary dispute letter templates, playbooks, video modules, workflow automations, and trade secrets—are the exclusive intellectual property of AP Acquisition Group, LLC. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or distribute our proprietary dispute structures without express prior written consent.

9. Subscriptions, CRM Sub-Accounts & Billing

For franchise operators and members enrolled in SaaS platform access:

• Platform Fee: Base GoHighLevel CRM access is billed at $85/month (or as defined in your order checkout).
• Usage Costs: Telephony, SMS, carrier registration fees (A2P 10DLC), and email pass-through costs are billed separately based on actual consumption.
• Cancellation: Subscription cancellations require 5 business days notice prior to the next billing date.

10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall APAG, Anthony Goodwin, or its franchise partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the services, changes in lender underwriting criteria, or bureau investigation determinations.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APAG and its franchise partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of inaccurate data supplied by you or your violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration conducted under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), waiving any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
